24-Hour Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because that time cannot typically be filled on short notice, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service to the card on file. The only exceptions to this policy are dangerous weather conditions or active fire emergencies that make travel unsafe.
